Had less than 12 months. Used 50/50 for around 9 months and the brakes have completely broken. Kept in excellent condition now totally not fit for purpose and unusable for everyday use. I'd like a replacement ASAP. Faulty withing 12 months of purchasing. If not I want a refund so I can purchase a new buggy elsewhere. Overall a good buggy and fits on the aircraft as hand luggage. A little bit flimsy but does the job when brakes don't stop working.

Bought for travel buggy, it’s been great easy to fold up and down, compact has managed cobbled streets well, baby finds it comfortable, lightweight and comes with good rain cover. Basket underneath pretty small but alright for intended purpose. Overall great buggy for the price.

The pram is lightweight and fits in overhead baggage on a plane easily. It's easy to fold one handed and to open too. It's comfy enough and my toddler fits in it easily even though he's tall for his age. However, the pram is easy showing signs of defect. It isn't sturdy and the handle seems to slowly coming apart.

This pushchair is amazing! Super lightweight and easy. It’s so nice to push around im chuffed I got it. My daughter loves it . Also comes with a rain cover. Can open and close it with one hand it’s fab! I would definitely say it’s only for going around shops ect though as it’s no good for bumpy pavements/paths even hitting a little stone you can feel it and the wheels won’t go over it well.

Walking downhill the first time I used it, the front wheels turned horizontal out of nowhere which jolted them to an abrupt stop, causing the pram to tip forward, the momentum threw me head first over it. I landed on top with my poor little girl stuck underneath 😢 it was terrifying! If it wasn’t for the front cross bar my baby would have been seriously injured, she suffered a bump to the head and scratched hands from where they had got trapped. We were right next to a busy road which we narrowly avoided falling into. Thankfully my injuries were the worst. Both shins were heavily bruised and I twisted my wrist and ankle. My brand new iPhone was also smashed. A nice couple stopped traffic to come and help us and gave us a lift to the station. Just as we had calmed down and were packed up again ready to get on the train the stroller nearly did the same exact same thing while we were on the flat path. It was obviously a fault with the front wheels. I couldn’t trust it from that point on so had no choice but to return. Needless to say it caused a huge amount of inconvenience. I emailed the company and have had no response whatsoever (It’s been a month). I found this extremely disappointing as I have bought several Hauck products since becoming a parent and have recommended them to several friends. I will not be doing the same from now on. Absolutely awful customer service and in this case a shockingly dangerous product. AVOID!

We ordered our first one, which after 5 days one of the fixings came out and lost and wouldn’t work without it, we then ordered a replacement which was fine for about 10 days until the plastic harness broke and meant the chair couldn’t sit up anymore only lay down, lovely looking stroller and lightweight but cheaply made

We bought this buggy for our vacation only. It served it's purpose and we will gladly take it with us next time we travel. I saw the comment above that some air company has declined to take this stroller onboard - we had no issues whatsoever (Lufthansa). The material is not as nice as our "original" buggy but since it doesn't cost 1000 EUR it's not something I'd expect anyways :) I also love the design of it!

Wir haben den Buggy für unseren Griechenland Urlaub gekauft. Bereits am Flughafen das etste negativ Erlebnis. Als Handgepäck von der Airline abgelehnt. Wir mussten dem buggy vorm Flugzeug abgeben und danach ewige darauf warten bei der Gepäckaussage. Danach haben sofort die vorderen Räder immer wieder geklemmt, sodass wir uns im Urlaub einen anderen buggy besorgen mussten. Für den Preis definitiv sehr schlechte Qualität. Vielleicht nur als Info wir waren auf Rhodos All inklusive Urlaub also kein Abenteuer Urlaub und waren nur auf asphaltierten Straßen unterwegs

Bis auf den sehr hohen Preis finden meine Tochter und ich den Kinderwagen super. Sie sitzt sehr gerne drin und ich empfinde ihn als sehr angenehm zu schieben. Sogar einen Zoo Besuch über Stock und Stein (viel Wald) hat er super gemeistert was mich bei den kleinen Rädern echt erstaunt hat. Schade ist nur, dass der Griff nicht Höhenverstellbar ist.
